Availability information is listed on each individual product. All digital downloads are shipped immediately. Physical items are either usually dispatched within 1 week of your order, however may be temporarily unavailable. If WOPG BV has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, WOPG BV reserves the right to cancel all or part of your order and refund any payment that has been made in respect of a product or order. WOPG BV will inform you of any such action by e-mail at the address given in your order. Any refunds will be processed within 24 hours of such notification.YOUR UNDERTAKINGS AND WARRANTIES
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER

Your financial details are not shared with us.Worldwide shipping and handling charges, if any, are calculated during checkout, and added to your order. All purchases are charged in US dollars. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, your order will not be accepted and WOPG BV will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
SHIPPING
If you purchase hard goods, shipping costs and delivery times will be shown on the checkout page. The costs and delivery times will be automatically calculated based on the distance between our warehouses and your location, and the delivery method you choose.RETURNS
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from our Online Store. You will have the right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). This is a Dutch statutory right and will apply to your order unless your order video, DVD, audio, multimedia, digital or software products and the product seal has been broken, unless the product is proven to be faulty. Delivery and packaging charges, if any, are not refundable unless as a result of our error.Digital download products cannot be returned or refunded unless there has been an error with the download.
